Recipe for Sweet Mango Chutney

Mangoes, ginger, garlic, and onions were carefully cooked in a mixture of vinegar and sugar (1:2).

Red pepper flakes, salt, and garam masala were also added. The time it took for the mangoes to soften and the sauce to thicken to a syrupy consistency was around an hour.
